24 hours running and mountain biking

In case of cancellation of the event by the organization, the teams and the solos will be fully reimbursed.
This competition consists of achieving, by a single individual or a relay team, two routes chaining running and mountain biking without external assistance and without stopping the stopwatch during the change of discipline and this for 24 hours. The first route is the running one.
• For the "Solos": The competitor will have to complete 4 laps of running, take his bike to perform 4 laps of the mountain bike, put down his bike and perform 4 laps of running and so on.
• For teams: Each competitor will have to complete 4 laps on the running course, pass the baton to the mountain biker who will perform 4 laps on the mountain bike course who will pass the baton to the runner and so on. Each team may or may not be mixed and may include participants of different age categories. Each competitor can only be part of one team.
It is imperative to alternate 4 laps of running and 4 laps of mountain biking.
For the teams, the race strategy with regard to the order of the competitors is free for example, a runner who runs can continue on mountain bike, or also, after mountain bike, continue on foot,
End of the race :
The “end of the race” top will be given 24 hours after the start of the competition.
